PROJECT MANAGER

Job Overview

We invite candidates who are experienced in the oil and gas products industry, ambitious, energetic, and results-oriented individual to join our growing company offering Filtration equipment, Pipeline products, Pressure Vessels and associated pipeline equipment to the oil and gas industry. Office located in Tomball, TX.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Working for the General Manager, responsible for managing from order to shipment of engineered projects (Strainers, Filters, Pressure Vessels etc)
  • Achieving shipment target dates
  • Monitoring customer specifications and delivery requirements
  • Submitting data and drawings to customers and sub-vendors
  • Organizing documentation in electronic files on a shared computer network
  • Maintaining schedules of projects, due dates, expected ship dates, cost vs. actual
  • Supervising manufacturing at various sub-vendors, ensuring adherence to contract agreement
  • Developing relationships with customers to create repeat customers
  • Providing polite, patient, accurate and reliable customer support is very important
  • Keeping management informed through regular meetings, activity reports and other communications 

Skill & Qualifications: 

  • Demonstrated ability to meet project deadlines and overcome obstacles
  • 3-5 years successful fabrication and project management experience desirable
  • Commercial contract management experience preferred
  • Driven, Self-Starter, with good work ethics and a quick learner
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and reasoning skills
  • AutoCad and Quick Books knowledge a plus 

 INSIDE SALES/ OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Job Overview

We invite candidates who are experienced in the oil and gas products industry, ambitious, energetic, and results-oriented inside sales individual to join our growing company offering Filtration equipment, Pipeline products, Pressure Vessels and associated pipeline equipment to the oil and gas industry. Office located in Tomball, TX.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Analyzing customer needs by developing a solid understanding of Jamison Product’s offerings 
  • Submitting detailed written/email proposals 
  • Obtaining orders by answering phone calls, verifying items, shepherding orders to fulfillment, invoicing and accounts receivables 
  • Prepares, generates and follows up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders or determine reason for loss of order
  • Must have excellent telephone manner and be able to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Tends to all office administration duties (i.e. office supplies)
  • Opening customer accounts by obtaining customer agreement and collecting customer information
  • Providing reliable customer support is very important 
  • Keeping management informed through regular activity reports and other communications 
  • This role reports to the Sales Manager 

Skill & Qualifications: 

  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and overcome obstacles
  • 3-5 years successful inside sales experience desirable
  • Enthusiastic drive to succeed, Flexible, good work ethics.  
  • Quick Books knowledge a plus 
  • Excellent customer service, analytical, organizational, and reasoning skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
